Meridien Luxe Limited (“Meridien Luxe”, “we”).
Scope
Our website, contact forms, advertising campaigns, communications via channels such as WhatsApp/Instagram, phone calls, and CRM records.
Processed Personal Data
Full name, phone number, email address, nationality/language preference, request and preference information (budget, location, project preference), appointment details, communication content (emails/messages), communication logs (date-time, duration, channel, call status), website technical data (IP address, cookies/device identifiers), CRM records, and call/meeting notes.
Purposes of Processing
• To receive your request and respond to you, and to organize appointments/visits
• To carry out real estate consultancy, portfolio/project presentations, and offer processes
• To manage customer relationships and ensure operational continuity
• To improve service quality and conduct training activities (where call recordings exist)
• To establish, exercise, or protect legal rights and manage disputes
• (Where you provide consent) to inform you about marketing communications and campaigns
Legal Grounds
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK), processing may be based on the necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with the data controller’s legal obligations, the establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interests. Where required, explicit consent is obtained for marketing communications.
Call Recording
Phone calls may be recorded for the purposes of improving service quality, training, and, where necessary, evidentiary use in disputes. If you do not wish your call to be recorded, you may continue without recording or contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Transfers (Domestic / International)
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the provision of services, to suppliers and business partners such as infrastructure/hosting providers, email services, CRM systems, call center/telephony systems, and analytics and advertising service providers (e.g., Google, Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram).
As some suppliers may be located abroad, international data transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and the applicable legal safeguards.
Retention Periods
• Call recordings: Up to 90 days
• Communication logs: Up to 6 years
• CRM lead records: Generally 2 years from the last contact; where necessary, up to 6 years
At the end of the relevant period, data is deleted, anonymized, or reduced to the minimum necessary level.
Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase your personal data, object to processing, and exercise other related rights.
